Matt Pasquinilli offers self-defense, martial arts, and school-security courses and digital training materials on matt-s-site-4708.thinkific.com. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Matt Pasquinilli. Thinkific hosts the learning platform.

Accounts and purchases

Use accurate account and order information and keep your login details secure. Access is for your own use; please do not share your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

The product page and checkout describe the product, price, currency, applicable taxes, and any stated access period. Courses are delivered online through your account. Downloadable materials are supplied electronically as described on the product page. Access follows the description provided at purchase. You need a compatible device and internet connection to use online lessons and download materials. Contact us if something you purchased is missing or inaccessible.

Refund policy

We offer a full refund on one-time course and digital-download purchases if you request it within 14 days of purchase. This applies even if you have started the course or downloaded the materials.

Email [email protected] within that period with the name and email used for the purchase, the product name, and your order number if available. Do not send full payment-card details. Refunds are returned through the original payment method. The time for a credit to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.

This voluntary refund policy does not limit any rights or remedies provided by applicable law, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content and any applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights. Contact us about these issues even if more than 14 days have passed.

Using the materials

You may use the course and included materials for your own learning. You may download and print files specifically offered for download for your personal use. Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with their owners. Any broader permissions stated with a product or template continue to apply.

Do not resell, publicly upload, or distribute the materials without permission, except where applicable law permits it. Contact us for permission to use them with a school, employer, training group, or other organization.

Training safely

The materials provide general self-defense, martial arts, and school-security education. They are not individualized medical or legal advice. No course or technique can guarantee safety or a particular outcome in a confrontation.

Physical practice can cause injury. Choose activities appropriate to your ability, use a safe practice area, and stop if an activity causes pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. Ask a qualified healthcare professional if you are unsure whether an activity is appropriate for you. Practice with qualified supervision where needed, and never test a technique on an unwilling person.

Prioritize avoiding danger and getting to safety. Laws on the use of force and carrying or using defensive tools vary by location. Follow the laws that apply to you and contact emergency services if you face an immediate emergency.

Responsible site use

Do not use the site unlawfully, harass others, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the site and its users. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Applicable refund and consumer rights remain in place.

Online services can experience interruptions. Contact us if an interruption affects your access so we can address it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and changes

We may update these terms for future use and purchases and will change the effective date above. Updates will not retroactively remove rights attached to a purchase. We will provide notice or seek agreement where applicable law requires it.
